Historic Land Dispute Resolved: Adv. Ajeet Kale's Landmark Legal Victory

More than 7500 Acres of land (आकार पडीत जमीन ) which had been subject matter of a legal battle for many years, was finally decided on 14/08/2024 in a petition led by Adv Ajeet Babanrao Kale, who fought an impossible battle in this pro bono. An important and decisive hearing was held at the Aurangabad High Court. This decision was a result of the amendment brought by the legislature in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code in the peculiar facts of the case.
